Time: 8:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (doors open at 7:45 p.m.)

$15 – VS ELDERS
$20 – VS JUNIORS
$20 – GUESTS of a VS Senior or Junior (including VS Sophomores or Freshmen)
Public display of the ball
Saturday April 30 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Valet parking at the Skate Center
Post Prom has this configuration
Students must follow the signs to enter the Skate Center
Pull towards the doors UNDER the awning and place the car in PARK
The driver and guests exit the door and enter the ballroom
Valet attendants will park the car and bring the keys to the Skate Center
Entertainment/DJ: 7:45 p.m.-11:30 p.m.

Will be able to submit a list of song requests 2 weeks prior to prom date (see campus email)
Interactive app and URL to request songs (there will be a list of songs not allowed by VS Administration)

**NOTE: If you would like to be included in these group photos, arrive at the photo area 5 minutes early.
Schedule as follows:
8:45 p.m. – Senior Girls
9:00 p.m. – Senior boys
9:15 p.m. – Junior Girls
9:30 p.m. – Junior Boys
Presentations/Coronation of Queen/King and Ball Court:
10:30 p.m. – Report from the ball court to the Afton Marie photography area for the group photo
10:45 p.m. – Prom Court introductions begin
11:00 PM – Coronation of the Prom Queen/King
11:10 p.m. – Queen/King report to Trefz Photo Zone for picture
PROM RULES/REQUIREMENTS:
Who can attend VS Ball 2021
VS Seniors & Juniors
Guests of VS Senior or Junior (pre-approval required if Out of School District)
Guests must be in grades 9-12. No 8th graders are allowed.
Graduate guests may attend but cannot be over the age of 20 as of May 1, 2020. (Prior approval required)
Out-of-town guests must complete a pre-approval form at the high school
Masks/face coverings
Are not required for 2022
Basic expected behavior
Rude or disruptive behavior will not be acceptable. Attendees may be subject to removal from the dance event at the discretion of on-site administrative staff
Tickets
Advance ticket purchase is required at high school (see prices above)
In case of financial difficulty in paying for admission, consult Mr. Kingsbury or email Teresa Strong (email address given on letter)
Participants must have tickets in hand to be admitted. NO EXCEPTIONS
Participants must be on the student or guest list to be admitted. NO EXCEPTIONS
Once you arrive at the Prom Dance, if you leave, there is no readmission.
Voting and Queen/King coronation

Any senior girl or boy
Homecoming King & Queen are not eligible to be nominated

All food must remain on the tables at all times
