Return of physical items
You have 30 calendar days to return a physical item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must have receipt or proof of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of a returned item.
Refunds on physical items
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your credit card (or the original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.
Cancellations and refunds of subscriptions
Paid subscriptions can be canceled at any time and for any reason.
Richland Source will refund a pro-rated amount to the canceling member based on the remaining days of their membership. For example, if a member purchased an annual membership for $ 365 and canceled it with one hundred days remaining, the member will receive a refund of $ 100.00.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment source. Cash / Check refunds are only available to cash / check buyers.
