The Longton Post Office opened a new location on Liverpool Road this month.

Located at SPAR, 58-62 Liverpool Road, Longton, Preston, major UK bank customers can still access their accounts at the new branch.
The services, managed by the same operator, include payment of bills, cash and foreign currency withdrawals, postage, collections and returns of home shopping.

After extensive work on the premises, two doors away from the old post office, the new agency opened on October 8.
Additional space has been added to incorporate a post office and an increased retail lineup under one roof.
Services are offered from two service points that are part of the convenience store’s retail counter, with a wide range of products and services always available.

There is also roadside parking nearby for convenience.
The opening hours of the Post office remain unchanged, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
